Basically we believe that using the freshest and best,

natural ingredients makes stuff that tastes great.  We don’t make anything that’s fat-free or sugar-free, and we never use substitutes, making things like we do in our home. 

The result is simple products that are delicious and easy for our body to assimilate.  Here’s a few guidelines we use:

(Bleaching flour strips it of all the good 
nutrients and flavor.  
We use unbleached/unbromated wheat flour)
NO Artificial Colors
(none of our cakes are mint green 
or pink in color, and no, 
we wont put your photograph on them
NO Artificial Flavors
(we use real bananas NOT banana flavor)
NO Hydrogenated oils
(We use Fresh Butter never Margarine, Never Hydrogenated lard or oils)
 NO Preservatives
(Good food shouldn’t last forever-we use 
deep freezers when we can and 
encourage you to savor fresh stuff daily)

And that’s why they taste Great!
